PAGASA Says Easterlies & Localized Thunderstorms to Bring Rains Over Parts of PH
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the easterlies and localized thunderstorms to bring rains over parts of the country.
On Saturday (April 15, 2023), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The easterlies and localized thunderstorms will affect the country’s weather condition.
PAGASA reported that the Localized Thunderstorms will be affecting Northern Luzon.

The Localized Thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy weather condition over Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nuaceva Vizcaya, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Apayao, and Aurora.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience similar weather condition.
The easterlies will bring isolated rains or thunderstorms over the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao.

The weather agency has advised the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over eastern sections of the Visayas and Mindanao as well as the rest of the country will be slight to moderate.
