Bubbles Paraiso Airs Dismay after an Airline Damaged Her P800k Bicycle
Filipina actress and athlete Bubbles Paraiso airs dismay to an airline after her P800k bicycle allegedly got damaged.
Pilar Angela D. Paraiso, often known as Bubbles, became enraged after her bicycle was allegedly “mishandled” by an airline’s ground employees. Bubbles posted a snapshot of her bicycle and how it was destroyed at the airport on her Instagram story.
“Last night as my plane landed I watched on the screen as the ground floor staff of air asia mishandled my bike bag despite my fragile stickers,” she said in her Instagram story.
“There is a reason for a door way for oversized baggage but they tried to put it on the belt forcibly and baliktad before someone told them to roll it,” Bubbles continued.
She didn’t open the bike bag till the next day because she came home late at night. The actress was dismayed when she found the damage to the bicycle’s fork and resting pads. Bubbles claims she has only had the bicycle for two weeks. Netizens with keen eyes discovered that her bicycle is worth P800,000.
“My bike is 2 weeks old and this is what happened to the fork when I opened my bike bag. Fly Air Asia PH WTF!!!” she said.
Bubbles stated in her update that her complaint had been settled and that the airline had offered to replace his broken bike. “Grateful that it was resolved quickly, and that the company reps immediately found my number, investigated, apologized and compensated what needed to be, all within 24 hrs. That’s actually amazing.”
The actress changed into a feisty and ambitious triathlete. Bubbles Paraiso credits the triathlon with helping her overcome all of the hardships she had this year. Triathlon is more about the mind than the body. It teaches her mental toughness and fortitude to persevere.
