Jillian Ward is turning 18, and for her big day, she’s collaborating with one of the country’s most renowned fashion designers. According to Nelson Canlas’ “24 Oras” report on Wednesday, Jillian is particularly concerned about her party outfits, which will be made by Mak Tumang.
The young actress said she really prepared the theme for her 18th birthday celebration. She said her debut was explosive so she was excited about that day.
“Sobrang konti pa lang po ng gumagawa po ng ganitong theme. Kumbaga sa showbiz industry po, parang wala pa po akong nakikita talagang ganito pong klaseng setup ng debut. Basta po ang goal ko po kasi mag-enjoy po talaga lahat ng guest ko. ‘Yung parang hindi po sila mabo-bore, as in enjoy na enjoy po sila,” she said.

Even though her schedule is very busy, Jillian Ward said she’s being hands-on in taking care of her debut. She is the one who checks the suppliers and also her guest list.
The Kapuso actress’ debutante gown will be made by the designer of Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray’s lava gown, Mak Tuang. She said, “Ang tagal ko na rin po talagang ina-eye si Sir Mak dahil nga sobrang talented po niya, tapos ang bait pa po niya. Fun fact po, pareho po kaming Kapangpangan, so syempre po, Kapangpangan pride, nakaka-proud din po talaga.”
