“Wala tayong inaasahang bagyo hanggang weekend and even until the end of January,  Aasahan pa din natin ang mga cloud clusters dito po sa silangan ng Mindanao na posible naman maging low pressure area in the coming days,” weather specialist Benison Estareja said.

The weather agency has also warned the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Luzon, Visayas, and the northern and eastern sections of Mindanao will be moderate to rough. The rest of Mindanao will have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions, according to the weather bureau.
