“Sa buong maghapon, inaasahan natin na magpapaulan itong LPA dito sa may Eastern at Central Visayas, gayundin sa may Caraga at sa may Davao Region,” Pagasa weather specialist Patrick Del Mundo said.

The northeast monsoon will bring cloudy weather condition with rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon.

The localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over rest of Mindanao and the southern portion of Palawan.

Amihan will also bring similar weather condition over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas.

The weather agency has warned the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods and landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Northern and Central Luzon and the eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, the eastern section of Mindanao, and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will be moderate to rough.

The remaining parts of Mindanao will have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions.
