Michael V shared his thoughts on Voltes V Mega Trailer
Kapuso comedian Michael V has this reaction to the “ignoranteng bashers” of the upcoming TV series Voltes V: Legacy.
Voltes V is a Japanese anime television series that was released in 1977. It became popular in the Philippines also as there was a Tagalized version of this. This has become a part of many Pinoys’ childhoods.
This year GMA has finally released the trailer for the series. Back in 2021, the Kapuso network released a teaser. The initial teaser was even released in 2020. For almost two years, Voltes V fans are waiting for the series to premiere.
After watching the Mega Trailer, Michael V shared his thoughts on Facebook. She shared screenshots of the popular battle machine. “Kinilabutan ako sa ganda! This is my childhood coming to reality!” he shared.
Bitoy has been very vocal about his fascination with the said Japanese anime. He also said that his excitement from his previous leveled up after he watched the trailer. The Kapuso comedian said that he read the comments from netizens and he appreciated those coming from “true” fans of Voltes V.
It is because he also read some negative comments and he said that these came from ignorant bashers. Bitoy stressed that these bashers will never happy no matter what.
“Pero s’yempre hindi mawawala ‘yung mga nagpapa-cool at naggagaling-galingang mga ignoranteng bashers. Kung hindi talaga kayo fan, wala nang magpapasaya sa inyo kahit sino at kahit kailan. Marami pa rin ang mga nagpapanggap at hindi matanggap na kaya nang gawin ‘to ng network with the right tools, right people and a ton of passion,” Michael V said.
Whatever other people may say, Bitoy said “Sold na ako!” after watching the trailer. He also lauded Direk Mark Reyes, the cast, and the animators of the series, as well as everyone involved in the production.
“To all the fans and the bashers, this show is for you! Wala kahit isa sa inyo ang p’wedeng magnakaw ng saya na naramdaman ko nu’ng napanood ko ‘to. Happy 2023!” Bitoy said.
