Teaser Trailer of PH Adaptation of ‘Voltes V’ Has Been Released by GMA Network

GMA Network has finally released the 1 (one) minute teaser trailer of PH adaptation of Japanese iconic anime ‘Voltes V’.

One of the most beloved anime of the youth in old-time and present was the Voltes V. The adventures of Steve, Mark, Big Bert, Jamie, and Little John were so popular with their respective volts that when they came in, it was going to be a robot that is good at fighting called Voltes V.

The beloved anime of Pinoys and other viewers in the world will already have a Filipino version. GMA Network has released the teaser trailer for the arrival of the biggest TV adaptation in the country – the Voltes V Legacy.

At the Kapuso network’s New Year Countdown show a one-minute teaser of the Voltes V. the trailer shows the iconic Camp Big Falcon, which is the headquarters of the Voltes V team. Steve’s strong rival Prince Zardos was also fired but turned his back and has not been shown who will be.

Of course, the classic and most beloved robot in the history of the anime, Voltes V., was also shown in the video, which can be seen fighting with another robot made by Boazanians. It is also nostalgic for viewers to hear the closing theme of Voltes V as well as the famous Voltes V song.

According to reports on GMA Network-related Facebook pages, the director of Voltes V’s adaptation will be Director Mark Reyes. Prior to the premiere of the teaser trailer, the director also had a series of Instagram posts about the robot.

According to the director, the network has waited five years for the project to be completed. Many are happy to hear that Mark will be the director of Voltes V Legacy.

Mark has led many iconic Kapuso shows such as Encantadia 2005 and 2016, Mulawin: The Movie, Venom, Atlantic, and the MMFF entry Resiklo. Meanwhile, there is still no official announcement that has been made about who will play the iconic roles of the remake.
