Paul Soriano Says “All Filipinos Should Be Proud” Of PBBM

Netizens have mixed reactions to this post of Paul Soriano about the performance of the president.

PAUL SORIANO – President Bongbong Marcos is performing well and Paul Soriano said that people should be proud of him.

President Bongbong Marcos, during his campaign, has received much support and effort from Toni Gonzaga and Paul Soriano. And it seems like their hard work has not gone wasted as Soriano, with his qualifications and achievements, has been appointed Presidential Adviser for Creative Communications.

Prior to this, he was offered a different position. According to the law (Republic Acts (RA) No. 6758 or the “Salary Standardization Law of 2019), his position has a salary of at least Php 273,278.00 monthly (SG 31) as Presidential Adviser.

In a previous article, he expressed that he feels honored to serve the country when the president himself entrusted him with the said position.

And just recently, he attended APEC with the president. On Twitter, he’s been sharing updates but one post he shared has caught the attention of many people online. The particular post also received various comments.

“The best politics is performance,” he noted and added his personal thoughts saying, “All Filipinos should be proud that we have a President that is performing and performing well on the global stage.”

While some netizens agreed with his statement, some did not. His post was criticized and these people who made critical comments were seeking specific performance that the president did since he’s been in the position for months now.

To recall, PBBM has broken the tradition when he decided not to release his accomplishments on his first 100 days as a Philippine president. Other bashers mocked him stating that the performance he must be referring to is the president’s “singing performances”.
