Netizens discover the past film of Ronnie Liang following his recent statements.

RONNIE LIANG – Actor-singer Ronnie Liang makes statements and this is the comeback of some netizens to this.

In a previous article, Ronnie Liang revealed he turned down an offer for him to star in a movie. He stressed that he values gaining respect rather than gaining fame in this way. He aired his dismay online but did not disclose who offered him the role.

Along with his statements is a photo of him wearing nothing on his upper body stating that this is the most that he can bare to the public.

“I did not sacrifice and study hard all these years only to show my private parts in public — nakakahiya (it’s embarrassing),” he added.

He also noted his achievements such as being an Army Reservist Officer, pilot, and master’s degree holder.

He furthered, “Okay lang naman po kung wala akong movie or project. Sa iba niyo na lang po ibigay ang lead role na ‘yan.”

While some people agree with his principles and beliefs, some pointed out some of his ideas are seemingly looking down on actors who do this genre in their industry. Some disagreed with him saying that he could have just simply said no.

A handful also found a film of him in the past entitled “Esoterika: Maynila”. This movie is about the story of his character who is a nursing student and also works at a Chinese restaurant at night. He met wealthy people and that is when he discovered the other side of the world where rich people can do whatever they want.
