Kapuso actress Carla Abellana and actor Tom Rodriguez got married after a long time of being together. However, it took them just three months as a married couple to call it quits. The real reason behind the separation was not disclosed but the thought of the separation itself has broken lots of hearts.
After their separation, life went on for both of them. The actress decided to start building her own home while the actor flew to the United States. Tom stays abroad working as a singer trying to mend the pieces of his life after he got scammed. Rumors say that financial issue is among the reasons for their split.
And now, speaking about love after a failed marriage, Carla revealed that she still does believe in it. She still believes in love because she believes that everything is created because of love.
Love, for her, also comes in all forms. She has a love for her dogs, love for her family, and love for her friends.
In an interview with Luis Manzano, she expressed, “Honestly, ang love, ang dami naman definition on love but, yes, of course. Kung walang love, wala tayong buhay.”
She also talked about the past happenings in her life which brought her to a low point. Instead of lurking in the depths of it, she learned to live with the realization that in those moments, all she can have and all the help she could ever have is herself.
The actress picked up herself and learned that no matter what plans you have laid out in your life, life will sometimes just hit you without you knowing it. Life’s unpredictable and what people really have is their present.
