Deniece Cornejo Old Post Resurfaces: “I didn’t give up”

Here’s the old post of Deniece Cornejo that resurfaced amid Vhong Navarro’s incarceration.

DENIECE CORNEJO – Controversial personality Deniece Cornejo’s post way back in 2014 emerges again amid Vhong Navarro’s arrest,

Kapamilya star Vhong Navarro is currently detained and there’s a possibility that he will be transferred to jail. This is after the cases filed by model Deniece Cornejo were resurrected. He was able to bail out for the acts of lasciviousness charge but wasn’t able to when the second warrant against him was issued for malicious assault. The second case is non-bailable according to law.

In a previous article, one of the personalities who expressed support for him is former Wowowin host Willie Revillame. Ever since, Revillame has supported Navarro in this matter. He even left a huge amount for him in the past when he was hospitalized after being mauled.

And now, with the resurrection of his cases that led to his arrest, Revillame vowed his support again this time. And amid Navarro’s incarceration, one post of Cornejo emerged online again. It’s a post she made way back in 2014. She shared this particular post amid the actor’s battle.

In the post, Cornejo talked about victim blaming, verbal attacks, and emotional suffering she went through.

“I know my case was a revelation for me and others. Men and women stood with me and voiced out their own stories,” she expressed. But despite the mocking that she and her family received during that grueling time in 2014, she maintained her strength. She took advantage of the situation to help others.

In the same post, she scribbled these words:

“I fully understand that this is just the beginning and I hope you will continue to support and pray for me. I will never stop thanking all of you. And to my detractors/ bashers/ maligners/ attackers, you too have a reason why you are there and that is to make me stronger than ever. My strong faith will never be shaken no matter what. Godbless po. September 19 2014, starting the first day that I’m totally free. One day, you will see that I didn’t give up.”

  1. All I can say is if this is not the truth then it will not surface. No woman would ever be shameful to let out her dirty laundry in public especially the subject of rape. I know Kat Alano is now vindicated because this is what she’s after too. Justice!
