Road Accident Involving Kamote Tricycle Driver and Motorcycle Rider Elicits Reactions Online
The video footage of a kamote tricycle rider who accidentally hits a motorcycle rider at a road intersection goes viral.
Nowadays, road accidents are currently one of the most prevalent transportation issues, not just in the Philippines but in other nations throughout the world. The victims frequently suffer injuries or even death as a result.
To prevent such incidents, the Philippine government has already implemented stricter rules and regulations. Unfortunately, there are still many careless and reckless drivers who violate traffic laws.
Violators will be subject to corresponding sanctions and penalties depending on their offense.
The Facebook page “VISOR” has shared the CCTV footage of a kamote tricycle rider who accidentally hits a motorcycle rider at a road intersection. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the tricycle driver seems to stop at a road intersection but accelerated while a motorcycle rider attempted to cross the section. The reckless driver hits the motorist after trying to cross the road.
The incident sent the delivery rider pummeling on the ground. The rider seems to be fine except for minor injuries. Aside from injuries, the rider’s motorcycle probably gets a few dents and scratches.
