Man Accompanies His Brother to the Hospital in Pagadian City Before Fleeing After Stabbing Him
A man stabbed his own brother in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur and even accompanies him to the hospital before escaping.
A 42-year-old construction worker is recovering in the hospital after he was allegedly stabbed by his own brother in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
According to authorities, the victim suffered two stab wounds, one in the neck and another in the stomach. He is currently receiving medical treatment while police continue searching for the suspect, who fled after the incident.

Pagadian City Police Station discovered the incident after hospital personnel reported that a stabbing victim had been brought in for emergency treatment. Officers immediately launched an investigation to determine the incident.
Initial findings showed that the two brothers had been together earlier that evening. After having dinner in Barangay Santiago, they traveled together to B.F. Arao Avenue. Investigators said the suspect later confronted his brother near a construction site, where an argument broke out between them.
The suspect allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim twice. Authorities believe the attack was connected to a long-standing family conflict between the brothers.
The investigators learned that the suspect reportedly accompanied his injured brother to the hospital after the stabbing. However, before police could question him, he left the area and disappeared.
The victim was quickly attended to by medical personnel and remains under observation as he recovers from his injuries. Doctors continue to monitor his condition while family members hope for his full recovery.
Police are now conducting follow-up operations to locate and arrest the suspect. Authorities are gathering evidence and witness statements as part of the ongoing investigation.
