Alexa Miro reiterates that she and Sandro Marcos are friends
Tropang LOL host Alexa Miro talked about the friendship she has with Ilocos Norte First District Representative Sandro Marcos.
After the 2022 elections, it was rumored that Alexa is in a relationship with Sandro. It was because of a viral video in which actress-politician Lani Mercado asked the son of President Bongbong Marcos about her girlfriend from Tacloban.
Following that, photos of Sandro and Alexa together surfaced online. However, in a previous interview, the congressman said that he is single. Later on, Alexa broke her silence and said that she and Sandro are just friends and they are really close.
In a recent interview, the noontime show host reiterated that she and Sandro Marcos are just friends. She said that the young politician has been part of her inner circle for four or five years now, based on the article in The Philippine Star.
“Right now, I’m really in a good position with Sandro and we support each other, we’re friends. We want naman our core system to stay with us,” Alexa Miro shared. She also clarified the photos that surfaced online that were taken during their supposed “vacation” abroad.
Alexa said that she and Sandro went to Europe for a friend’s wedding. The celebrity was also present during PBBM’s inauguration last June. There were also videos on TikTok that showed they were together in bars.
Months after the issue surfaced, Alexa’s friendship with Sandro is the same despite the bashing she received. “Hindi naman po nakaka-apekto sa mga friendship namin ang bashing. Isa siya sa nagtuturo sa akin na hindi importante ang sinasabi ng ibang tao as long as you know who you are,” she shared.
During the interview, Alexa Miro also shared her birthday message to Sandro Marcos’s mom, First Lady Atty. Liza Araneta-Marcos.
“Tita Liza, first of all, happy, happy birthday to you. I was there po during her celebration, my wish lang naman is for her to keep that strength… that she is (a) ferocious wife. I look up to her,” the Tropang LOL host said.
