Missing Body of the 15-year-old Girl Found Lifeless With Cigarette Burns, in Grassy Area in Bulacan
Missing – The body of the 15-year-old lady biker who was reportedly missing last week, found dead in a grassy area along the bypass road in Barangay Bonga Menor, Bustow town, Province of Bulacan.
Princess Marie Dumantay’s dead body was recognized as being hers; she had bruises and cigarette burns all over her body and was discovered face down.
She wore black shorts, white socks, a black pair of Nike rubber shoes, and a white T-shirt with Chinese characters.
Her father, Rolando Aguilar Dumantay, 62 years old identified and confirm the body of his daughter on Sunday, August 14, who has been missing since August 9.
According to a report from GMA News, Bustos police investigators found her body dumped on the side of the town’s bypass route.
The police will carry out a more thorough investigation to determine whether Princess was the victim of an attempted rape, as the family believes.
The police said, victim’s father gave permission for an autopsy to be performed on his daughter’s body. On the other hand, the family decided to bring the remains of Princess to their home in Navotas City.
Family asks police to assist in bringing Princess’s case to justice. To find and apprehend the offenders, a follow-up operation will be conducted.
“Hindi po tao ang gumawa n’un. Hayop po ang gumawa n’un. Sana po mabigyan ng katarungan ‘yung anak ko,” Princess’ father Roland said to a report.
[Translation: “It was not a human who did that. It was an animal who did it. I hope justice will be given to my daughters.]
Many online users expressed their condolences for the victim’s family as well as their indignation toward the murderer who tried to rape the victim before killing her.
Residents of Bulacan, and the youth council of Barangay West, Navotas City, expressed their support with victim’s family in giving justice for Princess.
