College Student Who Has Been Missing for Days Found Dead at Vacant Lot in Dagupan City
A college student who has been missing for several days has been found dead at a vacant lot along Venecia Highway in Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
A 20-year-old college student identified as Aaron Fernandez of Barangay Poblacion Oeste, Dagupan City has been found dead in Venecia Highway. The victim’s body was in a state of decomposition when it was found.
Anthony, the victim’s father has been approaching anyone who can help them to locate and identify the heartless suspect. The victim’s family is currently seeking justice for Aaron.
“Sa mga mayayaman lang yung hustisya, sa mga mahihirap wala na, apakalambing nung anak ko. Laging nagmamano ‘yan pag-uwi ng bahay. Mapagmahal yung anak ko,” Anthony said.
The police investigation states that the victim went missing on June 14. Aaron leaves their house to attend to something but he never comes home. The victim has been spotted riding a car before he was found dead.
The authorities also found a wound on the victim’s head, which was allegedly caused by a hard object. The police authorities have a person of interest.
Dagupan City police station chief Police Lieutenant Colonel Abubakas Mangelen Jr. said that Fernandez’s remains will undergo autopsy and DNA test. Pangasinan Police Provincial Office acting PIO Police Major Ria Tacderan said that a 29-year-old man surrenders and admits responsible for Aaron’s absence for days.
However, Tacderan refused to name the person of interest.
