Ana Jalandoni wants to focus on her career right now
Newbie actress Ana Jalandoni said that she is not yet ready to enter into a new relationship after her ending her relationship with actor Kit Thompson.
To recall, the incident that happened between Kit and Ana shocked the showbiz industry. The actor was accused of physical abuse. Photos of the newbie actress with bruises circulated on social media.
In a recent interview, Ana said that she has already forgiven her ex-boyfriend. However, the actress said that she is not ready to entertain suitors yet, based on the article in Inquirer. “I’d rather focus on my work as an actress and my businesses right now. It’s easy to get into a romantic relationship when I’m already up for it, it’s just that I’m not entertaining anyone at the moment,” Ana Jalandoni said.
On the other hand, she stressed that she has already moved on from that controversial chapter of her life. As a part of her moving on process, she has let go of any grudges against Kit Thompson.
“The moving-on process was difficult in the beginning, but it eventually went well. I’m lucky that I have my family and friends behind me, supporting me,” Ana said. The newbie actress is also thankful for the support that she gets from her management, Cornerstone Entertainment.
She said that she really wants to keep on working and this is where she puts her focus right now. It is also not a big deal to Ana Jalandoni that she and her ex-boyfriend is being handled by the same talent management company.
Currently, the actress is working on two movies but she is not allowed to talk about these yet publicly. Ana also shared that she just finished her therapy which lasted for two months. She admitted that after the incident, she suffered from sleepless nights but she is getting better now. “I chose to be OK. I forced myself to get better because that’s what I really needed,” Ana Jalandoni said.
