CANCER PATIENT PASSENGER – Jessa Malate claimed that she lost P100K when she jumped off the burning roro vessel in Quezon.

A few days ago, a roro vessel was caught by fire in the province of Quezon. The vessel, the MV Mercraft 2, was from Polillo Island and was carrying more than 120 people when it was caught by fire. It was headed to Real, Quezon.

The passengers of the roro vessel claimed that they heard a loud bang and it was followed by fire that spread fast. Many of them also claimed that there were no survival equipment like life jackets inside the vessel so they jumped off the waters without anything in the pursuit of survival.
