Gary Valenciano will join a campaign rally of the Leni-Kiko tandem
Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano expressed his excitement about the upcoming performance with his son Gab Valenciano in a campaign rally for Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Kiko Pangilinan.
Just recently, Gab went viral because of his rap performance in one of the Kakampink rallies. Supporters of other camps said that he was trying to beat or copy the performances of rapper Andrew E during the UniTeam rallies.
Because of this, netizens created memes out of his performance and there were those who expressed mean comments against him. Amid the âbashingâ that he received, Gab received support from his parents, Gary Valenciano and Angeli Pangilinan.
In a recent Instagram post of Mr. Pure Energy, he once again expressed how proud he is of his son. Gary shared a video showing the dance performance of Gab in one of the rallies of the Leni-Kiko tandem. This featured the chant that he popularized for the presidential and vice-presidential candidates of the Angat Buhay Lahat team.
In the caption of his post, the OPM icon also said that he is excited to share the stage with his son soon. Gary wrote a date as an announcement that he will soon join the Kakampinks rally.
âCanât wait to stand on stage with this one in whom Iâm truly proud of @gabvalenciano. Kitakits sa Apr 23,â he wrote. He also included the hashtags âAraw Na 10 Toâ and âLeni Kiko 2022.â
In the comment section, Gab said, âLove you dad !!!â Kakampinks also showed support for Gary and Gab. There were also those who defended Gab against those who are âmockingâ his performance. âAt first I didnât know the issues regarding âsomeâ people mocking him. But seeing Gab in sorties makes me wonder where did they get such notion when in fact, he performs with much gusto and he looks gwapo while performing. Pity them,â Instagram user @ryanjaymagat88 commented. Â
