A male snatcher has been caught on camera while a car passenger’s mobile phone, the suspect earns criticisms from the online community.
Over the past decades, robbery has been one of the major problems not only in the Philippines but also in various regions all around the world. Some criminals have no choice but to commit crimes due to lack of job opportunities.
The Philippine government is implementing stricter policy but the crimes continue to exist behind the knowledge of the authorities. The rate of criminality continue to increase despite the stricter rules and regulations.
The Facebook page “VISOR” has shared the video footage of a male suspect who snatched the mobile phone of a car passenger stuck in traffic. The video immediately circulates online and garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that several vehicles were slowly moving along the road. The vehicles even stopped due to massive traffic congestion in the area. Everything seems to be fine until something unexpected happened.
A man in white shirt suddenly arrived and run into the middle of the road. The guy snatched the mobile phone of a car passenger and immediately run away to escape. The car driver tried to chase him but he failed to do so.
