This program allows qualified borrowers to access funds for other personal goals. You may apply for it to buy a car, travel abroad, or start a business. To qualify, members must have paid at least five (5) years of monthly amortizations on their existing Housing Loan.

Both employed and self-employed members may apply but the Pag-IBIG HEAL requirements for application differ depending on the employment status of the member-borrower. For self-employed members, the following documents must be prepared:

  • Duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan (HQP-HLF-858)_V01
  • Duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan for co-borrower/s (HQP-HLF-868)_V01
  • Proof of Income (any of the following):
    • ITR, Audited Financial Statements, and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank, supported with DTI Registration and Mayor’s/Business Permit
    • Commission vouchers with issuer’s name and contact details (last 12 months)
    • Bank statements or passbook for the last 12 months (for remittances, pensions, etc.)
    • Copy of Lease Contract and Tax Declaration (if income is from rentals)
    • Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by LGU or LTFRB
    • Certificate of Engagement issued by business owner
    • Other documents validating source of income
  • One (1) valid ID
  • Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt/s for the quarter immediately preceding the application
  • Health Statement Forms
  • Conformity Form for New/Subsequent Housing Availment (HLF409_V03), for co-borrowers giving consent to the new HEAL application
