Man Runs Out of Patience & Stabs Drinking Buddy in Tondo, Manila
DRINKING SESSION – A man stabbed his drinking buddy for a couple of times in Tondo, Manila due to misunderstanding.
In Barangay 215, Tondo, Manila, a CCTV footage caught the gruesome crime of a man who fearlessly stabbed his drinking buddy multiple times. Several men tried to stop the suspect but they have failed to do so.
Barangay Tanod Renato Sultan said that the suspect only stopped from stabbing his drinking buddy when the barangay officials arrived. Sultan who is a relative of the victim immediately informed the suspect’s family about the incident.
The suspect’s dad checked the victim and run away because of what he had discovered. The culprit identified as Argie Balatbat immediately run away to escape the crime and the police authorities.
According to the friends of the residents, the suspect and the victim have an exchange of heated argument amid the drinking session. Balatbat got pissed off then hit the victim and stabbed him to death.
“Nag-inuman kami tapos nagsagutan po sila tumayo na po ako, tapos yung kasamahan kong isa tumakbo na kasi tumatalsik ang mga bote e, nakatayo po ako pagpalo ng bote po pinagsasaksak nya kahit nakaupo na ang tao at hindi na lumalaban,” the witness said.
The victim identified as Jefferson De Roso has been rushed to the hospital. According to the barangay, the suspect faces complaints from their fellow villagers for stealing mountain bike, slippers and other valuables.
