Manila Policeman Assists Pregnant Woman to Deliver Child at Home
MANILA, Philippines – A kind-hearted Manila policeman helped a pregnant woman to deliver her child at home.
Police officers are warranted law employees who were in charge of apprehending suspects and preventing crimes. They were tasked to implement the rules and regulations in the country and apprehend violators.
Cops are also tasked to ensure the safety of the public from any form of crimes and terrorism. These personnel were also authorized to arrest or apprehend anyone who will violate the law.
Police personnel should also set as a good example towards others by showing love, concern, respect and consideration towards others as helping those who are in need.
On Monday (March 21, 2022), the Manila Police District (MPD) reported that one of the police officers shows an act of kindness and heroism after assisting a pregnant woman to give birth to its baby.
The helpful cop identified as Police Corporal Burt Benson Abad assisted the woman to give birth. The lady’s helper went to the Pandacan police station to seek assistance from the authorities.

Abad is also a registered nurse aside from being a full-time police officer. The woman and the child have been brought to the Manila Doctors Hospital for immediate medical attention.
The two were both in stable condition after the incident. MPD District Director Brigadier General Leo Francisco has also praised Abad for his act of kindness showing the competence of the Filipino cops.
