CIVIL ENGINEERING BOARD EXAM RESULT September 2026 – The full result included the passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools.
As announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 6,337 out of 17,062 (37.14%) passed the September 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) or the Civil Engineering Board Exam September 2026. The official result included the complete list of passers, top notchers, and top performing schools.

Registration
The registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online starting November 11, 2026. Go to www.prc.gov.ph.
Requirements
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Oathtaking
The date and venue for the oathtaking of the new passers are yet to be announced.
