Joshua Garcia talked about his acting career
Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia shared his reaction to people who are comparing him to A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz and other actors in the Philippine entertainment industry.
Joshua has proven his acting skills so many times already. During the time when he was paired with Julia Barretto, they brought “kilig” to many JoshLia fans. When he was paired with Janella Salvador for the hit primetime series The Killer Bride, the JoshNella tandem became a successful stint as well.
Even now that he is being paired with different leading ladies, his talent is eminent. With his acting skills, it is inevitable that people will compare him to other actors who established their name in the industry prior to him.
Joshua Garcia said, based on the article in Inquirer, that he is being compared to John Lloyd Cruz and other actors. “I’ve heard of the same comment from a lot of people and I respect their opinion,” he said.
The Viral Scandal actor also said that he is thankful for being compared to prominent actors in this generation who are known for their superb acting. “I’m happy some people see me as their equal,” Joshua said.
Aside from the Viral Scandal series, Joshua is set to be the leading man of Jane de Leon in the TV adaptation of “Mars Ravelo’s Darna.” They have already started shooting. In this much-awaited series, Joshua reunites with Janella who will be playing the villain role of Valentina.
Just recently, JoshNella fans gush over the photo of Joshua and Janella. Previously, the actor admitted that he had a crush on his former leading lady. The actress said that she knew about Joshua Garcia’s crush on her and they have maintained the friendship between them until now.
