The weather agency has warned the public for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms and due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Northern and Central Luzon, eastern section of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will be moderate to rough. The rest of the country will have slight to moderate surrounding sea condition.
