The Facebook page “Hampaslupa” has shared the video footage of a male customer who refused to pay the delivery rider after he was not satisfied with his order. The video has garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the delivery rider is complaining after the customer refused to give the pull payment for his order. The male customer was not satisfied with his order after receiving alleged “Unpaired Shoes”.
The customer refused to give the payment because the pair of shoes he ordered online do not look the same. The delivery rider politely explained that he is not liable for the item.
The delivery worker explained that it was not his responsibility to process the refund and return of the item. He said that the customer is the responsible for his order and he is obliged to pay for the delivery fee.
Unfortunately, the customer and its colleague did not listen and continue to complain. The netizens defended the delivery employee who is just doing his job. The public lambasted the customer for being inconsiderate and lack of knowledge in using the delivery app.
Some social media users explained that it was “Paul George Playstation” shoes, wherein the pair of shoes had different colors and design.
