A Facebook user named Dino Moto has shared the video footage of an ex-army official threatened to kill a J&T delivery rider after he was dissatisfied with the parcel he received. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the ex-army official identified as Colonel Leria is confronting and scolding a delivery rider after receiving a parcel that contains other items from what he has ordered.
The J&T employee politely explained his role as a delivery rider. The rider explained that he is not liable for the parcel’s content and customers are not allowed to open the package unless they will pay for it.
Delivery employees would pay for the item if the customer rejected the parcel after it was opened. He also explained that he could do nothing about and the seller is the one responsible for it.
Unfortunately, the ex-military personnel has expressed his rage against the helpless delivery rider and reiterated that he has been scammed. He introduced himself as a Colonel of the military.
