Tatler Asia’s Most Influential list included Anne Curtis, Angel Locsin, and others.
ANNE CURTIS – Here are the Filipino honorees of Tatler Asia’s Most Influential that included actresses Anne Curtis and Angel Locsin.
This December, Tatler Asia released 300 names of the most influential individuals in Asia – particularly Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, and the Philippines. It comes in 19 industries and categories spanning from art to finance to sustainability.
Accordingly, they are the people who “shape the region through their positive impact”, and who “have relevance in their countries and beyond borders”. They are “pushing Asia forward”. Although the people included in the list are diverse individuals, they are “influential in their own way”.
Among those included is Anne Curtis who belonged to Tatler Asia’s Gen T list from years 2016 to 2018. Also, Angel Locsin was on the list after her inclusion in the “Leaders of Tomorrow” in last year’s Gen T list of Tatler Asia. Social media sensation Bretman Rock, beauty queens Pia Wurtzbach and Catriona Gray, singers Regine Velasquez, Sarah Geronimo, Lea Salonga, and Gary Valenciano, and actresses Toni Gonzaga and Heart Evangelista were also named the most influential.
Derek Ramsay, Solenn Heussaff, and Isabelle Daza, as well as TV personalities Bianca Gonzalez, Karen Davila, Korina Sanchez, and Kim Atienza, were there alongside Coppa Volpi best actor of the prestigious Venice International Film Festival John Arcilla, and Olympics gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz.
Singers Apl de ap, Arnel Pineda, Martin Nievera, Moira dela Torre, Rachelle Ann Go were also named with celebrities Georgina Wilson, Liz Uy, Vicki Belo, and Hayden Kho. ABS-CBN executives Carlo Katigbak and Mark Lopez were also part of the most influential list.
For Tatler Asia, the list is not just another list but “the first step in building a community committed to making Asia a place to thrive”.
