The Manila Traffic &. Parking Bureau is looking for a blue motorcycle with plate number “427NQY” for committing a traffic violation. The agency send a letter to Gemor to settle the issue and for some clarifications.

According to MTPB, the violation has been committed on November 6, 2021 but the poor man reiterated that he suffered from stroke last October 5, 2021 and can’t even barely move during that time.
