Janice de Belen shared her thoughts on Kaila Estrada and Daniel Padilla’s relationship
Veteran actress Janice de Belen clarified that she will not meddle in the highly publicized relationship between her daughter, Kaila Estrada, and actor Daniel Padilla.
Social media posts featuring Daniel and Kaila started the romantic rumors about them. They have been spotted together outside showbiz engagements.
Eventually, they became more visible together, and they are not shy about sharing their affection towards each other.

Just recently, Janice de Belen had a guest appearance on Jeepney TV’s talk show Stars on Stars with her younger sister, Gelli de Belen. Janice admitted that she wasn’t surprised at all when she first learned about Kaila Estrada and Daniel Padilla, based on the article in ABS-CBN.
When questioned about her immediate reaction and advice to Kaila, she emphasized that the news did not catch her off guard.
“Ano ‘yung naramdaman ko? Wala naman. Kasi na-predict ko na rin naman na may mga ganitong mangyayari kasi siyempre nag-umpisa ako sa showbiz. Halos lahat ng naging boyfriend ko, ‘yung napangasawa ko, showbiz din. Eventually, magkakaroon siya ng karelasyon na showbiz. Of course, hindi mo lang alam kung sino, ‘di ba? Mamimili ka lang. ‘Sino kaya dito?’” Janice said.
The veteran actress also mentioned that when the rumors started going around, she decided to check things out herself, knowing Kaila wouldn’t tell her the truth anyway.

Janice told her daughter long before that dating someone who is also in the entertainment industry means that she had to give up her privacy somehow, and that their relationship would be public. She emphasized that this is inevitable. “So nung nangyari naman ‘yun, eh ‘di, prediction games,” she said.
On the other hand, Janice de Belen said that she is leaving this matter in the hands of Kaila Estrada since she is already an adult.
Gelli de Belen also shared her thoughts on this. She said that the important thing is that her niece is happy. “Yes, basta masaya siya. Again, basta masaya ang anak mo, ‘yun lang ang importante. Okay ka dun,” Janice added.
