BEATRICE GOMEZ – Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Gomez gets teased by netizens over a fun moment with Miss Armenia Nane Avetisyan.
Beatrice Luigi Gomez of Cebu City is the official delegate to represent the country in the international Miss Universe pageant. The grand coronation night will be in Israel. The official date is December 12 there or December 13 in the Philippines where Miss Universe 2020 Andrea Meza will be crowning her successor. If she wins this year, it will be the fifth crown for the country following the victories of titleholders Catriona Gray, Pia Wurtzbach, Margie Moran, and Gloria Diaz.

She is open when it comes to her preference and her bravery about being such has made a lot of people admire her. This is also one of the reasons why she stood out during the local pageant. She had a girlfriend for seven years but even before arriving at the venue of the pageant, an official statement from her girlfriend emerged confirming their split.
Bea is now single and because of this, netizens teased her over her playful piggyback ride moment with Miss Armenia Nane Avetisyan. In the clip posted by the organization, it can be seen Bea was game to carry her fellow candidate on her back to take some fun and quirky photos.

Meanwhile, Kapuso actress Marian Rivera was chosen as one of the judges of the prestigious pageant. She’s unfazed over comments that criticized and questioned her credibility to judge just because of his English speaking skills. She is not the first Filipina to be part of Miss Universe’s selection committee. Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach judged the pageant in 2017 and Broadway actress Lea Salonga was a judge in 2011.
