19-Year-Old Man Passes Away After Shot By Cop For Allegedly Being Noisy

BACOLOR, PAMPANGA – A furious policeman reportedly shoots a 19-year-old man for allegedly being noisy and for violating health protocols.

The victim identified as Abelardo Vasquez Jr. suffered gunshots on his chest and neck, which leads to his untimely death. The latter passed after a raging policeman shot him for several times.

According to the victim’s, Police Corporal Alvin Pastorin, they were just chatting outside the house when Police Corporal Alvin Pastorin scolded them. The cop allegedly yelled at them.

Their uncle talked to Pastorin but the policeman reportedly pushed his uncle. One of the victim’s relatives chased the police but the latter fired a warning shot and followed it with three more shots until the victim died.

According to the police report, Pastorin confronted the victims for not wearing face masks and shirt. The group allegedly had an argument until the police left and went to his car.

Pastorin explained that the group allegedly threw stones on his care so he fired his gun due to fear for his life until the victim died.

As of this writing, the suspect has no statement regarding the incident. He is currently under the custody of the Bacolor Police. The victim’s family decided to file a case and hold the suspect accountable for the incident.
