Just recently, Pacquiao visited Bulacan where there are 2 million voters. Based on the report from ABS-CBN reporter Sherrie Ann Torres, Bulacan Governor Dan Fernando said that all presidential aspirants are welcome in the province.

In the same report, Sen. Manny Pacquiao addressed the previous statement of former Senator Bongbong Marcos about giving gold to Filipinos.

Inamin din nila ibabalik gold. Kapag sinabing me ibabalik, ibig sabihin ninakaw nila… Bakit tayo boboto ng korap?” the boxer-turned-politician said.

Pacquiao also addressed another supposed corruption issue and it is about the delayed lifting of manadatory use of face shield, as well as the proposed P5 trillion budget of the Philippines for next year.

Gusto nila malaki yung budget para mas malaki ang kanilang nanakawin… Sabi ko, bakit may face shield pa, sabi, hindi kasi, marami pa silang pondong ooperahan,” the Senator said. It was just recently when the Malacanang announced the lifting of this policy despite that several mayors already acted upon it.

Previously, Manny Pacquiao visited President Rodrigo Duterte. Reportedly, it was Senator Bong Go, who is also running for president, who initiated the meeting between the two politicians from Mindanao.

The said rendezvous was a “friendly meeting” after Duterte and Pacquiao exchanged fiery words against each other. The camp of the Senator said that the discussion was about the development that specifically will be done in Mindanao.
