PAULO AVELINO – Kapamilya actor Paulo Avelino speaks about son Aki and shares what he has gotten from him as his father.
‘Marry Me Marry You’ actor Paulo Avelino has a child with Kapuso actress LJ Reyes and his name is Aki. Although their relationship did not work out, they were able to manage a co-parenting setup for the sake of Aki. LJ and Aki, including Summer, her daughter with Paolo Contis, are currently in New York.
LJ decided to fly to her family there as a part of her moving on and healing process over her failed relationship with Contis. She and her kids are now living their lives there, just the three of them, and she cannot speak yet as to what will happen next. She’s uncertain still if she” come back to the Philippines or stay there for good with her mother.
And now, since Aki is away, Avelino shared that they still make time to have a father-son bonding. They talk over phones and sometimes, they play games together. The situation of having different time zones is a bit hard but they still find ways. Gaming is their usual bond and he even thinks that love for gaming is something his son has gotten from him.
He said as per a report from PUSH, “We do phone calls every now and then kung kailan siya free since baliktad na din yung oras. Minsan masyado nang late rin para makausap ko siya. Pero usually ang bonding namin parang gaming rin talaga. Kumbaga, parang mahilig din sa games yung anak ko. Siguro nagmana sa tatay.”
Paulo, aside from acting, ventured to esports gaming last year. He is one of the partners of LuponWXC, an esports and streaming company based here in the Philippines.
