Barbie Forteza showcases her different side in ‘Saving Cherry’
Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza was asked how she would handle infidelity if the situation her character went through in her new movie, Saving Cherry, were to happen in real life.
In the said movie, Barbie’s character showcased a unique personality. Many moviegoers and critics praised her portrayal of the role of a woman who was cheated on by her husband, portrayed by singer-actor Khalil Ramos.
In a recent interview, based on an article in GMA Entertainment, Barbie was asked what she would do if she experienced infidelity.
The Kapuso actress stated that she would choose to find peace and avoid conflict rather than put up a fight amidst a complicated situation.
“I have never personally encountered a situation like that but I feel like more than palaban it’s more finding your peace with yourself and actually stepping away from that chaos,” Barbie Forteza shared.
Aside from her character in the movie Saving Cherry, Barbie also plays a spirited role in the ongoing drama series Honor Thy Mother, her first project with the Megastar Sharon Cuneta.
Barbie appears in the series as Patricia, the daughter of Dianam, the character portrayed by Sharon. Khalil is also part of this project.
Previously, the Kapuso actress shared that working with the Megastar was like attending a “meet and greet” with her idol. She also mentioned that watching Sharon do her scenes was a masterclass. The Kapuso Primetime Princess even said in a previous interview that it was the Megastar who inspired her to be an actress.
In a previous interview, Sharon also gushed over her younger co-stars. The veteran actress said that she fell in love with Barbie and Khalil. Sharon definitely enjoyed working with the Kapuso stars.
