Man Nabbed After Selling Vehicles w/ Fake Documents at “Bagsak-Presyo”

Cops Arrest Man For Selling “Bagsak-Presyo” Vehicles w/ Fake Documents

VEHICLES W/ FAKE DOCUMENTS – The authorities arrested a man after selling vehicles with fake documents at ‘bagsak-presyo’.

A 30-year-old man named Jake Pangilinan has been arrested by the authorities after selling numerous vehicles at a very cheap price. However, the authorities discovered that the guy is using fake documents.

A CCTV footage shows Pangilinan wearing long sleeves while presenting the vehicles to an undercover agent of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). After the transactions, the NBI-Cybercrime Division take an immediate action.

Fake Documents

NBI-CCD arrested the suspect after several complainants filed complaint against him for faking the documents of vehicles he is selling.

The complainants revealed that Pangilinan acquired the vehicles from Casinos and ‘Pasalo’ offers. The victims quickly grabbed the offer because the vehicles were sold at a very cheap price.

A complainant named Arman said that he could earn up to P100, 000 because the car’s price is very affordable.

“Kaya ako na-engganyong kagatin kasi sobrang mura so pwede akong kumite ng P100, 000 kasi ang benta niya P420k. So kaya ko kinuha ang unit kasi gusto kong mag buy and sell,” Arman said.

The suspect did not deny the accusations and admitted his mistakes but explained that the vehicles including vans, cars and SUVs have no legal documents after he acquired because it came from casinos.

“Mga rematado po kasi sa casino yung mga binibili ko mga wala nga lang documents, ngayon pinapaayos ko lahat ng documents kaso nagiging illegal kasi ang documents peke. Utang, sugal yun po yung nangyari sakin,” the suspect explained.

Fake Documents

Pangilinan would face charges of estafa in relation to Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, and Falsification of Documents.
