NBI Arrest Man During Entrapment Operation in Bacolod City After Making Indecent Proposal to 17-Year-Old Teenager
NBI Bacolod has arrested a man named John Mark Hermano over alleged indecent proposal to a 17-year-old teenager.
A Facebook user named Adrian Bobe has shared the photos of John Mark Hermano after he was arrested for making an indecent proposal to a young teen. The post goes viral and elicits comments from the netizens.
The National Bureau of Investigation – Bacolod arrested John Mark Hermano of Silay City, Negros Occidental after a 17-year-old guy filed complaints against him over alleged indecent proposal.
The male teenager met Hermano in a social media platform. Hermano proposed to give the teen a mobile phone after having a private moment. The two performed the act twice but the suspect did not fulfill his promise.
The culprit asked the victim for a meetup but the young guy refused to do so. Hermano blackmailed the teen and threatened him of spreading the video footage. The man secretly filmed their moment behind the kid’s knowledge.
The kid sought the help of the authorities who immediately launched an entrapment operation at a fast-food chain in Lacson Street, Bacolod City on Thursday (September 30, 2021).

The suspect would face multiple charges including the violation of RA 9775 or the Anti Child P0rn0gr@phy Act of 2009.
Hermano denied the accusations and hired a lawyer to defend him. According to the report, the latter is a manager of a hotel in Boracay Island, which has a coffee shop branch in Silay City.
