On TikTok, the agent glendmore official goes live during his duty hours purportedly for the sole purpose of sharing content. However, many contact center agents, including him, did not approve of his content, and he was compelled to turn off his live stream.
According to Sephie Laxamana, a concerned netizen, the call center did go popular on social media when it went live on TikTok while talking to the customer (CX), which is totally prohibited by a BPO firm. She exposed a screenshot of glendmore official’s live, in which the Tiktoker/call center agent allegedly divulged the call’s specifics, according to her caption.
“Si vaklaaaa, naglive sa tiktok habang naka live call. All CC details ni CX, na-exclusivong, explosibong, exposé!” said Laxamana.
Because of the agent’s actions, his TikTok account was suspended and he was removed from the TikTok live. Glendmore, on the other hand, is said to be still working on that firm’s account, according to a coworker.
Glendmore’s social media profiles on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram have all been disabled in the meanwhile. Sephie, on the other hand, posted an update on TikToker, saying that despite the controversy, his teammates are still working.
“Knowing na may work pa rin ang team mates nia, is a relief! Sana nga matuto na sia na hindi lahat ng bagay, dapat icontent para lang sa kasikatan,” said Sephie.
