Cops Found Young Woman Dead in Leyte, Victim Looks for Good Cellphone Signal But Never Returned Home
A young woman who is looking for a stable cellphone signal has been found dead at the town of Albuera in the province of Leyte.
On Tuesday (July 6, 2021), the police authorities reported that a young lady who is still a minor has been found dead at Barangay Poblacion in Albuera, Leyte. The female victim has wounds on her neck, which leads to her untimely death.
According to the investigation of Albuera police, the lady victim asked permission to her parents that she would just go out with her brother to find a good and stable cellphone signal last week.
The male sibling left the victim for a few minutes and he was shocked after his sister went missing. The unnamed suspect voluntarily surrendered to Albuera police after admitting the crime he committed.
The authorities are still investigating the incident and trying to find out if the suspect maliciously abused the victim before killing it. The young woman’s mobile phone is also missing upon the recovered of her remains.
The Philippine government and authorities reminded the public be more vigilant of their surroundings to avoid such incidents. However, there are still some individuals committing crimes due to personal reasons.
