Recently, Pres. Duterte spoke on the idea of running for vice president. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the Chief Executive is open to the said idea saying that “it is not at all a bad idea”.

“Running for vice president, ako. Sabihin ko, it is not at all a bad idea. And if there is space for me there . . . Siguro,” the President said.

But, the President further said that if there is no space for him in the vice presidency and “everybody is crowding up” and wants to be in the position, he will not run. He stressed that there are things that he wants to keep on doing and it will depend on the presidential candidate whom he will give his support.
