Julianna Gomez is the only child of Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez and Leyte’s fourth district representative Lucy Torres. She is now 20 years old and being the only daughter of the two celebrities, they tend to be really protective of her especially Goma. In a previous article, as his daughter is not getting any younger, he would tell her that she must settle with someone who loves and respects her and someone she wanted to wake up with every day.

Their one and only child is currently being linked to athlete Miggy Bonnevie-Bautista. But above finding someone, what he wanted her to do first is to chase her dreams and take it slow. He exactly knows that their daughter has her own decisions but as parents, it is inevitable not to hear them out because they were put in that place to be with their child and guide them.
And turning 21 soon, he still is afraid that the day she decides to marry and settle down comes. He still doesn’t want it to happen. “Ang bilis ng panahon!” he quipped recalling that he married Lucy when she was just 23 years old.
Torres also shared this about him being so bothered and nervous over such a thing, “When we attend weddings, ‘pag father and daughter dance na, I whisper to him: Can you imagine si Juliana ‘yan? Hala, tulo na ang luha n’yan! And then he will look up to heaven and say, ‘God, no not yet!’”
As a father, what he would also tell her is to take care of herself and not get carried away by the sweet words of the other guys. He admitted that he truly knows this kind of game because he has gone through it.
