Juliana Gomez is now Part of U.P. Women’s Volleyball Team
JULIANA GOMEZ – Richard Gomez’ daughter Juliana Gomez is part of the University of the Philippines women’s volleyball team.
Both of her parents are currently working as public servants of the country. Richard as mayor in Ormoc City while Lucy as Leyte representative.
Juliana Gomez’ father Richard Gomez is known to excel in lots of sports such as fencing, basketball, and volleyball. In fact, he’s a Gold Medalist in fencing during the Southeast Asian Games in 2005.
His 18-year-old daughter just announced on her Instagram account that she’s part of University of the Philippines (UP) volleyball team, the UP Lady Fighting Maroon
In the caption of the post, she wrote: “First day in my dream school with my dream team.”
Based on a report from PEP, Juliana Gomez is a freshman at the said school. She previously revealed that she wants to take up Communications. She chose this school since it’s where her mom and dad graduated.
“A lot of my family members went to UP, so I want to be able to continue that,” she said.
According to the report, Juliana Gomez said she dreamed to be part of the national team and make his dad proud.
“I wanna make it to the national team eventually and I really want to excel… I wanna make my dad proud,” she said.
