MARIS RACAL – The online community cannot help but gush over the latest photo of celebrity couple Maris Racal and Rico Blanco.

Filipina actress and singer Maris Racal rose to fame as the runner-up in ABS-CBN’s reality show “Pinoy Big Brother: All In” in 2014. After her PBB stint, she starred in several films and television shows before starting her music career.

Last March, she and former Rivermaya frontman Rico Blanco made deadlines after the Kapamilya actress greeted the singer on his birthday. For his birthday, Maris uploaded a video of herself and Rico singing “Brighter than Sunshine.”

Maris Racal’s post ignited malicious speculations about them and the big age gap in between them. 2 months after the speculations, the actress confirmed their romance and said that post actually said it all. She said, “Kami po ni Rico. I think basing po sa post na ginawa ko po, I think it’s very obvious.”

The 23-year-old celebrity said that she’s happy with him and they are now preparing music together for their fans. To recall, Maris and Rico worked together before for her song “Abot Langit” and “Not For Me.”

In a post on his Instagram account last June 12, Rico Blanco posted a photo with his girlfriend Maris Racal for the first time. The celebrity couple recently got their COVID-19 vaccine together. The 48-year-old singer thanked his friend Ranvel Rufino for the help.

In the caption of the post, he wrote: “yayy first dose sa araw ng kalayaan. tara magpabakuna na, mga bestfriend! thank you brother @ranvelrufino labyu kahit Nets ka na.”

The second photo revealed that the iconic singer-songwriter got his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine with his girlfriend.
