Lady Netizen Defends Jollibee Although She Once Receive Burger Without Patty

A lady netizen has shared her experience with Jollibee saying that she once receive a burger without a patty.

A Facebook user named Niña Mabatid has shared her experience with the popular fast-food chain amid the “Fried Towel” issue. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.

Mabatid narrated that she once received a yumburger with a patty but she never posted it on social media. She complained it to the fast-food chain crew and it has been immediately replaced it with a burger champ.

The female customer said that it happened about a year ago and explained that employees could make mistakes because everyone has imperfections. She also encouraged the public to personally talk to the management instead of posting it online.

The woman also concluded that it was a clear sabotage because employees in charge of frying chickens would immediately notice the towel at the fryer.

I once had an experience with Jollibee, walay patty akong burger. I complained but I never posted it. They were apologetic and gave me a BURGER CHAMP instead. But look it happened years ago and it never happened again. They can make mistakes once in a while but the joy they gave to all of us Jollibee lovers outweighs the imperfections.
