Actress Kris Bernal shared her witty answer to a netizen who asked her if she is “magastos” during a ‘True or False’ session she held on Instagram.

Kris is just among many celebrities in the Philippines who have a collection of designer items. In her case, she collects bags from different luxury brands.

On May 2, based on the article in Preview, the actress played the “true or false” game and one of the questions that was asked if she is a heavy spender.

Kris Bernal answered this with a photo of her showcasing her luxury bags around her. She said that she has been receiving questions about luxury bags but she decided to choose this question.

The actress admitted that she was spending even more before the COVID-19 pandemic. “I won’t act like a hypocrite! But tbh, I spend more before during the pre-pandemic since work kept coming in. Bili agad!!” she said.

Kris also said that compared to spending before, she has already toned down amid the health crisis in the country. The actress added that she is thinking about her and her fiance’s future now more than what the things she wants to acquire.

“Now, I think twice before I buy. I think I became wise spender this time. I have sold a lot of my luxury stuff this lockdown. My priorities changed. I’m saving for the future since I’ll get married soon and we’ll build our dream house,” Kris Bernal said.
