The viral street vendor who donated three packs of instant noodles at a community pantry received goods from kind-hearted individuals.
Earlier this week, the balut vendor identified as Alberto Calanza goes viral and earned praises from the netizens after donating three packs of noodles despite his earning a small amount everyday.
The vendor is selling chicharon and balut along the streets to earn money to support the financial necessities of his family. However, poverty did not stop him to show kindness to his fellow Filipinos.
At first, he is hesitating to donate goods at the pantry but something inside him is convincing him to help others amid the coronavirus pandemic. He earned praises and admiration from the online community because of his gesture.
Recently, the Facebook page ABS-CBN News has shared the photos of Mang Alberto receiving a huge amount of goods and financial assistance from kind individuals. The post garnered various comments online.
In the photos, it can be seen that the cart receives several sacks of rice, trays of eggs, groceries, and appliances. He is thankful for the people who shared their blessings to him.
