FLIGHT ADVISORY: PAL Announces More Flight Cancelations Due to Gov’t Restrictions

PAL Announces Additional Flight Cancelations Amid Government Restrictions

FLIGHT ADVISORY – The Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced more flight cancelations due to the government restrictions.

On Friday (March 26, 2021), the Flag carrier PAL released an advisory that they would impose the 1, 500 maximum passengers limit per day of arrivals from international flights.

The measure will be implemented at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport until April 19, 2021. The airline aims to comply with the government’s mandate amid the rising cases of COVID-19 infections.

The airline company follows the quarantine guidelines and safety protocols to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus disease in the country. The firm also wants to ensure the safety of both passengers and employees.

PAL would also announce further flight cancelation in the future. Affected passengers could convert the tickets to travel vouchers with 10% bonus and valid for up to two years, which must be made before June 30.

Passengers could also rebook their flights for free until December 31, 2021. They could also refund their tickets without penalty fees.
