Actor Joshua Garcia clarified a certain Facebook account under his name featuring a post about couple Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto.
Joshua’s love team with Julia, also known as JoshLia, is one of the well-love showbiz tandems in this generation. Behind their onscreen tandem, love bloomed between then off-cam.
However, they eventually ended their two-year relationship. Just recently, the JoshLia love team was featured in the viral music video of Moira dela Torres’s song Paubaya.
Many netizens, especially the fans of the former couple concluded that the storyline of the music video, appeared to be a closure between them.
Following the recent confirmation of Gerald Anderson regarding the real score between him and Julia Barretto, a Facebook account with Joshua Garcia’s name posted “congratulations”.
The said post featured the celebrity couple with the caption: “Congratulations Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto.” In another post, the said fake FB account of the actor shared his photo with the caption about being happy to the happiness of other people.
Through his Instagram Story, Joshua clarified that he was not the one who shared those posts and that he has no Facebook account.
“FYI po, this one is not mine and I don’t have any active Facebook account. Kindly spread the info. Thank you,” he said.
Meanwhile, in a previous article, Joshua Garcia revealed the reason why said “yes” to the ‘Paubaya’ project with his ex-girlfriend. The young actor said that the friendship that he and Julia have with Moira and her husband Jason was the biggest factor that he accepted this offer.
