For Faith, one should just focus on personal journey and not compare achievements with others. ‘Yung healthy competition, dapat hindi ka nagko-compare sa ibang tao. The success of other people doesn’t take away your own,” she shared.

Ashley highlighted that competition should be viewed as an opportunity for personal growth and improvement. “When I have a strong competitor, I actually challenge myself to become better,” she stressed, adding that if there is comparison or jealousy, for her, she already lost.

Shuvee acknowledged the fact that women are often pitted against one another. “Uso ’yon ngayon. They pit women against each other. But I believe the only competition that is allowed for women is healthy competition,” she shared.
